Orlando Meats to host “We Heart Hearts,” a heart-forward dinner on Valentine’s Day

ORLANDO, FL - Orlando Meats, the award-winning restaurant and butcher shop in Orlando’s Ivanhoe Village, will present “We Heart Hearts,” a heart-forward dinner on Valentine’s Day.

The unique dining experience curated by Orlando Meat’s Chef Eliot Hillis will include multiple courses that highlight beef, pork, chicken and vegetable hearts. Wine pairings provided by Digress Wine.

“We Heart Hearts” will be at 7 p.m. on Feb. 14. Tickets are $100 per person plus tax and gratuity. Seating is very limited. Orlando Meats is located at 728 Virginia Drive in Orlando.

“We Heart Hearts” is presented by Orlando 60, a web series that highlights Central Florida’s most unique people and places, and Bungalower Media, the social enterprise focused on building stronger cities by informing and engaging people with their city.

“We wanted to create a Valentine’s Day experience that Orlando has never seen,” said Jon Busdeker, founder of Orlando 60. “Orlando Meats is a leader in Central Florida’s food scene, and it’s the perfect place to present a heart-forward dinner.”

Orlando Meats is a family-owned, whole animal butcher shop and restaurant born out of a deep appreciation for good food. Using local producers to ensure the best quality, Orlando Meats is a nose-to-tail operation that doubles as a fast-casual eatery.

“We Heart Hearts” is the first time Orlando 60, Bungalower Media and Orlando Meats have collaborated on a dining event.

“We’re looking forward to seeing what Eliot and Orlando Meats can create using the love muscle,” said Brendan O’Connor, editor of “This will be a Valentine’s Day to remember.”
